Given his cross-cultural background and education, Raj was fascinated by the premise and his research and work in the field for the last ten years have made him a sought after speaker and consultant in the subject of cross-cultural issues, leadership, self-leadership, vision, strategy and implementation solutions, and a variety of topics in the field of individual and organizational health and performance.
